What “Full Industry Chain” Means

Many manufacturers describe themselves as “one-stop shops,” but in practice they outsource packaging, source ingredients through traders, or rely on third-party labs for formulation. At Timvive, every critical step happens in-house or through companies we own:

1. Raw material sourcing — direct relationships with ingredient suppliers in China, Korea, Japan, and Europe. We select actives, emollients, surfactants, and preservatives based on efficacy, regulatory status, and target market suitability.
2. In-house R&D lab — experienced formulators develop new formulations, reverse-engineer reference products, and adjust existing formulas for cost or regulatory changes. Lab technicians run stability, pH, viscosity, and microbial challenge tests before any product reaches the production floor.
3. Mass production — our manufacturing lines handle liquids, creams, lotions, gels, serums, balms, and powder products across a wide viscosity range. Batch sizes from 100 kg to multi-ton production runs.
4. In-house packaging factory — over 3,800 molds across 13 packaging categories, including PET bottles, glass bottles, airless pumps, tubes, jars, roll-ons, and droppers. Food-grade and medical-grade materials available.
5. Logistics and export — finished goods packed, palletized, and shipped via our network of freight forwarders. We handle documentation for markets including the US (FDA registration), EU (CPNP), and others.

Three Service Models, One Partner

We support three modes of cooperation so you can engage at the stage that fits your business:

• OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) — you provide the formula, we manufacture it under your brand with strict confidentiality and IP protection.
• ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) — our team develops the formula, selects the packaging, and brings the product from concept to mass production. Ideal for brands without in-house R&D.
• RTS (Ready-to-Ship) — pick from our catalog of mature, market-tested products and place an order for fast go-to-market. Useful for market testing or filling gaps in your catalog.
